This pattern is commonly used in everyday conversations to express hearsay or information in a casual tone. It's not suitable for formal contexts. Be careful not to confuse it with "んだよ" (telling someone a fact you know), as the nuance is different.
This pattern is too casual for formal contexts, so use formal language to convey the same message.
Forgetting to use 'な' for Nouns/Na-adjectives can change the meaning of the sentence, so make sure to use it correctly.
While both patterns are used to convey information, 'んだよ' is used to tell someone a fact you know, whereas 'んだって' is used to express hearsay or information in a casual tone.
When answering JLPT N3 questions, pay attention to the context and the nuance of the sentence. If the sentence is in a casual tone, look for the 'んだって' pattern. Also, be careful not to confuse it with other patterns, such as 'んだよ'.
