anna ni hidoi koto o iwarete, hanron sezu ni wa irarenai.
I cannot help but argue against such a terrible thing.
あんなに (so) + ひどい (terrible) + ことを (thing) + 言われて (said) + 反論 (argument) + せずにはいられない (cannot help but)
隣のテーブルからいい匂いがしてくると、注文せずにはいられない。
tonari no teburu kara ii nioki ga shitekutte, chūmon sezu ni wa irarenai.
I cannot help but order something when I smell the good smell from the neighboring table.
隣の (neighboring) + テーブル (table) + から (from) + いい (good) + 匂い (smell) + がしてくると (smells like) + 注文 (order) + せずにはいられない (cannot help but)
