彼の意見に対して、私は異議を唱える。
kare no iken ni mukete, watashi wa iji o tonaeru.
I disagree with his opinion.
彼の意見 (his opinion) に対して (towards his opinion) 私は (I) 異議を唱える (disagree)
政府の増税案に対して、多くの国民が反対の声を上げている。
seifu no zōzei-an ni mukete, tai no kuni min ga hanpai no koe o ageru.
Many citizens are opposing the government's tax increase plan.
