Is JLPT Mastery free to use?

Yes. JLPT Mastery is currently free with full access to adaptive practice, mastery tracking, and all five JLPT levels. We may introduce optional paid plans with additional features in the future.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account from the account settings page in the dashboard. This permanently removes all your data including practice history, mastery states, and personal information within 30 days.

Can I export my study data?

Yes. Contact us at support@jlptmastery.com with a data export request and we will provide a copy of all your personal data.

Is JLPT Mastery affiliated with the official JLPT exam?

No. JLPT Mastery is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Japan Foundation or Japan Educational Exchanges and Services (JEES).
